工作職責
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1、統(tǒng)一負責計劃及組織實施員工培訓,包括分析培訓需求、計劃、控制、協(xié)調、組織酒店員工的培訓活動;
Oversees, designs and implements hotel training programs, including identifying training needs, planning, controlling, coordinating and organizing hotel staff training
2、分析、確定酒店的培訓需求,根據(jù)此需求準備年度培訓計劃和預算;
Analyze and determine training needs of the hotel, and prepare annual training plan (including monthly /Quarter training calendar)and budget based on the needs
3、協(xié)助人力資源總監(jiān)制訂和建立培訓方面的標準操作程序,確保這些程序的貫徹實施;
Assist HRD in formulating and establishing SOP of training, ensure its implementation
4、安排及組織一些必須的培訓課程,確定培訓時間、參加人員并準備培訓資料:新員工入職培訓、衛(wèi)生和儀容儀表培訓、消防培訓、外語培訓、對客服務理念;
Arrange and organize some training courses, settle training materials
5. 根據(jù)酒店和不同級別員工的發(fā)展需要,設計、教授部分培訓課程;
Design and conduct certain courses as per the hotel needs and the requirements of different categories of staff
6、制定和監(jiān)督為以下人員提供的培訓項目:管理培訓生、實習生、酒店學校實習生等;
Prepare and monitor training programs for : Management Trainees;Trainees,Hotel School Trainees, etc
7、與專業(yè)培訓機構保持良好的關系,選擇合適的專業(yè)培訓師開設層次較高的管理課程;
Maintain good relation with the training agency and choose suitable professional trainers to provide some management courses of higher level
8、建立并更新酒店培訓檔案以及員工培訓檔案,對酒店及部門的培訓做好記錄;
Establish and updates hotel training files staff training records, and make accurate record for hotel and departmental training
9、建立及培養(yǎng)一支部門培訓員隊伍,確保最大限度地發(fā)揮他們的作用;
Establish and cultivate a team of Trainers, to ensure the maximum utilization of them
10、與部門經理協(xié)調部門的培訓工作,檢查、指導和幫助部門搞好培訓;
Coordinate departmental training with Department Heads, check and help their training

工作職責
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1、詳細了解當?shù)貏趧臃煞ㄒ?guī),并就如何避免由勞動關系及人事關系產生的隱患問題給予總經理合理建議;
Have a strong knowledge about the local labor laws and provide the appropriate advises to the General Manager about how to avoid related issues caused by Labor relations and personnel relationship
2、協(xié)助總經理制定人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,為重大人事決策提供建議和信息支持;
Assist the GM in formulating human resources strategic planning, and provide advice and information support for major personnel decision-making
3、根據(jù)酒店的情況,組織制訂公司用工制度、人事管理制度、勞動工資制度、人事檔案管
理制度、員工手冊、培訓體系等規(guī)章制度、實施細則和人力資源部工作程序,并組織實施;
According to the hotel's situation, organize and formulate the company's employment system, personnel management system, labor wage system, personnel file management system, staff manual, training syllabus and organize the implement implementation rules and work procedures of the Human Resources Department
4、制定人力資源部年度預算及工作計劃;
Formulate the annual Human Resources Budget and Business plan
5、組織酒店薪酬管理工作,編制酒店年度薪酬計劃及薪資調整方案;

6、參與制訂酒店各部門的績效考核體系和激勵政策方案,引導酒店各部門績效考核實施,并監(jiān)督和檢查績效考核的實施情況;

7、負責建立酒店內部的溝通機制,及時了解員工的思想動態(tài),受理員工投訴;

8、負責受理員工與公司勞動爭議事宜并及時解決;
Responsible for accepting and resolving labor disputes between employees and companies in a timely manner
9、負責公司內部人力資源調配,開發(fā)、引進外部人才,組織實施招聘工作,并參與對應聘人員的面試篩選;Responsible for human resources allocation, development and introduction of external talent, organization and implementation of recruitment, and participate in the interview screening of candidates
10、負責人事隊伍建設,選拔、配備、培訓、評價本部門人員,做好部門內工作任務分工,合理安排人員;Responsible for personnel team building, selecting, equipping, training and evaluating the personnel of the department, to do a good job in the division of tasks within the department, and to arrange personnel rationally
11.、確保最大信息量的了解與就業(yè)有關的國家現(xiàn)行法律法規(guī)政策,并根據(jù)有關政策制定相應的規(guī)章制度; Master the extensive information on current government laws, rules and regulations which affect the employment,and formulate rules and regulations according to the relevant policies
12.、確保所有管理部門的財政年度KPO及時提交;
